Thanks for this. Interesting comments on the Comer. I've enjoyed his writings on the theme of rest. The renewed interest on rules and rhythms of discipleship perhaps needs to be careful to avoid becoming a Christian version of the self-improvement, become the 'best version' of yourself doctrine.
